Is there a willcall at Downtown Disney?

I have some friends that are on their way driving in the car today. I was telling them to expect a longline to pick up their tickets in the morning at willcall. I was suggesting that they pick up their tickets tonight when they get there. Is there a will call in Downtown Disney? If so do you know what side it is on?

One in Marketplace and one on West Side.

Keep in mind that with construction there, parking is a nightmare.

The one in the MarketPlace is next to the now closed Team Mickey (behind Ghirardelli).

The one on the West Side is at Disney Quest.

Can Florida residents who purchased will call florida resident discount tickets AND staying at a DW Resort (and have magic bands) have their tickets activated at the resort or do they still need to go to an actual station at the park and activate them that way?
