Is there a website/book that rates crowd level?

Seems to me that last year I saw a website that rated 1 - 10 the crowd level expectancy during the time you were going. This helped when I mapped out what parks we would go to or avoid going to.

Hmmm. Noticing by that chart that MVMCP isn't starting until Thursday, November 30. We are staying an extra night, Sunday the 26, just to attend the first MVMCP. Hasn't it traditionally started the first Sunday after Thanksgiving?
I will be so bummed if this isn't so.
