To put in a general inquiry for a 6-7 bedroom pool home and let owners contact me?

I am really overwhlemed becuase there is so much available.

I need a kind of specific arrangment becuase of aging grandpoarents and a child in a wheelchair and I can't remember what I have looked at and what is new.

you need to be very carefully. someone on this board was assured the place they rented was on the first floor - well it had steps - since they had a wheelchair they weren't happy....

they though they were lied too and I agree....

for kepting everything straight - I would make up a list first - the things you must have like wheelchair accessibility and thing you may like - a pool....

when you have your list then also write down the homes that seem to meet that need and as many of the wants as you can afford.

when the owner does not write back or you find the cost is too much or even worst you find that the house doesn't meet your needs..... just mark it off....
