Is there a good spot to view the fireworks near Blue Bayou?

We'll have dinner at BB at 6pm and would like to find a good spot somewhere between there and the hub to watch the fireworks at 7:30.

Actually, viewing by the Pirates of Caribbean on the Rivers of America is one of the prime viewing areas for the fireworks. So when you finish dinner, hang around the front of POTC for Fantasmic, and as soon as that is over, stay in the same area as the people start to leave, and fireworks will start (weather permitting) and you'll get a pretty darn good view with less crowds. the only thing missing are the castle projections/lighting and some of the fireworks that come off the castle, but you get most of the show there.

As the PP said, you'll be able to see the high fireworks, you'll miss out on all of the castle elements, which include fireworks, lasers, and lights. I think you'll get a sense of the fireworks from over by PotC, but you won't get the true show. If it's the only way you can see the fireworks, then I would still go for it, but if you have any way to get to the hub/MS, I would do that.

It's not that long of a walk through Adventure land to get to the hub from in front of Pirates, and if you are going to steak out a spot for two hours (fireworks should be going off at 9:25) you might as well get a good one, unless you were thinking of doing F! And then watching the fireworks...?
