cannot make reservations for Jan 8.....wait time is 60 minutes to speak to them.

I fear I am not the only one who is having trouble
 
I tried the app with no success. Then I tried my computer and got a message that the system is down and you have to call. No matter how many trips I make, it seems these issues continue year after year. Luckily I wasn’t going for anything special and only a party of 2. Good luck.
 
Update: I was just able to book a dining reservation on the app. (7:51Central)
Down for me as well, both the app and computer.

Must be making more "enhancements". Ugh. I had some issues the past couple of days but at least it was *mostly* working.
 

Yeah, I got the message this morning.

I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and I'm probably 15 minutes into that.
 
I woke up at 3am (I am in California) to book CA Grill brunch for our January trip and was shut out on all devices. Just called in, waited about 40 minutes and the CM was able to book something for me, thankfully. Probably about 15 minutes earlier than ideal, but I will take it. The CM was so slow though, she read every single policy to me before confirming the reservation, it felt very tedious especially after being up at 3am to deal with this, but she was sweet and it was definitely not her fault. Disney, get it together!
 
Maybe site is down with 'web enhancements'. Maybe they're finally loading some discounts for Fall to be released soon :earboy2: or maybe i can dream that is actually what they're doing

I had a "longer than expected wait times" warning last night and was hoping the same thing.

This drives me crazy too! I know they're just doing their jobs but by the time they go through "confirming your details" I've lost reservations in the process.
