I woke up at 3am (I am in California) to book CA Grill brunch for our January trip and was shut out on all devices. Just called in, waited about 40 minutes and the CM was able to book something for me, thankfully. Probably about 15 minutes earlier than ideal, but I will take it. The CM was so slow though, she read every single policy to me before confirming the reservation, it felt very tedious especially after being up at 3am to deal with this, but she was sweet and it was definitely not her fault. Disney, get it together!
