One big question about the seven day:

Is it worth it?

my parents are having second thoughts about doin the 7day and are considering the 4day. The thing is i might agree?

If we do go on the 7day we will not be getting off at any of the ports (except for CC of course!), and use that time on the ship to lay around. & that is the thing... is there really enough to do for two adults, DDteen, and one DS11y/o to do for like 6 whole days straight?

Plus, one of the highlights of the 3day i went on two yrs. ago was the shows... especially Herc! I luv broadway style shows and wonder if ill be happy w/ all the Variety shows?

I have heard (all other things aside) that the 7day is just a much more relaxed feeling overall. For those who have been on a 7day and a 3/4day: Is this really true??

Is there really that many more different activites and oppertunities which make the 7day worth it?

Its just that im the one thats pulling my parents into taking a cruise and i don't want them to regret it!

I have also been on four and five day cruises, and I will always prefer the seven day. The others just seem to go by so quickly. just my thoughts...

There is plenty to do on the 7 day and, I say, the longer the better. We have cruised twice and there are still things I think we missed. And, if you run out of things to do, maybe that's a good thing...relax. The 7 day is more relaxing due to the extra time. I think almost anyone that has done the 7 day and either the 3 or 4 day would say they prefer the longer. Anyone not agree?

We did the 7 day, did no excursions and only 1 hour off the ship in St. Thomas and STILL did not see the entire ship! Can't wait to go back this Oct.

We've done the 3 day and the 7 -- I say go for the 7!! Although we have a 4-day booked for this November, we're probably going to change it this week for a 7-day.

The shorter cruises are just too rushed -- it's a big ship with lots to see and do. After two cruises there are still things that I haven't seen or done. And even if you don't take any excursions you may want to leave the ship at port to just walk around the area and people watch.

I tell you it is definately the longer the better, and worth every penny. We enjoyed it soooooooooooooo much we are going to do 14 day both cruises back to back roll on next year.
