Is "talking" shoulder Porg for sale in Disney Springs?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if they've seen the talking shoulder Porgs for sale in World of Disney or the Star Wars store in Disney Springs...we're going to WDW in July, but not planning on visiting DHS this trip. Thanks! (These are the newer, fuzzier shoulder Porgs that make sounds, not the ones they are selling on ShopDisney right now.)
