Is spring break really THAT crowded?

I live in Florida and last year our spring break was the week of 3-9, this year the week of 3-23 and next year the week before Easter. Yikes!

I'm not happy about it as it's peak weeks at Disney! At least last year and this year the break was during a busy time, but not an insane time.

Be careful booking that week in 2015 as lots of locals who would have gone in March will now be there.

So do the you think the week after Easter is busier than the week leading up to Easter or are they pretty much the same? We are contemplating going to WDW the week after Easter.

They got 3000 more guests in at Christmas, how much more crowded can they get sprink break weeks???
