Is something going on with Dining Reservations? Help

I have been trying to cancel a dining reservation for this Friday Morning since Saturday.
It will not let me cancel online, on my oldie computer or MDE. On my computer- I get Olaf with a separated head saying things are not
working. On MDE it says to call. I called of couse, but now for the third day in a row, and have been on hold over an hour Saturday, 2 hours on Sunday and now its Monday and I have been on hold1:22 minutes and counting.

I don't know what to do. Help if I have to listen to this recording I may have to be committed

IDK about dining specifically but I spent 4 hrs on the phone fixing our hotel reservations it kept reassigning it to my daughter and wouldn't let me cancel one of our rooms. My disney experience needs serious IT intervention.

I had to hang up after 3 hours and go to bed. I am old. But now hearing 4 hours on the phone to resolve a hotel reservation I know it isn't just dining. Thank you

Pretty bad this morning, can only view the times on the app but when I try to book it having trouble loading the screen. On the computer, it can't find any times at all and just errors out

Steakhouse 71? There's a known glitch. If your reservation has changed from having the online cancel link to call to cancel, it shows as cancelled on Disney's end.

I can't get dining to work in one of my browsers, but I can get it to work with Edge. So weird

I have heard the problems still exist with calling and online but I am heading out Thursday with good thoughts

I like the layout better on my old computer as well. The phone usually is smoother but I like to sort my options by location on the computer
