Is parking fee waived after certain time?

Hi,
On our first night, I'm thinking we may park at the TTC, purchase our tickets for the week and take a spin on the monorail to the CR or Poly for dinner and wishes. Just wondering if we arrive at say 6pm, would we still have to pay parking if the MK closes at 8:30? Not sure if we would be better off just parking at the resort where we will be eating....Thanks for any replies!

I would just park at the resort. That way, your car will be there waiting when you finish. The TTC is just a quick monorail ride away from either Poly or CR. Of course, the other thought is that you should be able to purchase your theme park tickets at Poly or CR, unless you were planning on buying AP's.

The CM at the parking booth will more than likely wave you through without having to pay. If your stopped, just explain that it's your first night and you getting a jump by buying your tickets early. (He/she may ask you to name the Seven Dwarfs in lieu of payment.)

I've been to a park (forget which one) in the evening and found the toll booth closed. I just drove on.

So I suppose they may stop taking parking fees at some time, which may vary from night to night.
