I believe she is no longer allowed to deliver to the ships. They stopped all vendor deliveries a while back

I believe at one time she was still doing them even after they stopped allowing deliveries, you just had to stop and pick them up on the way.

I just looked up her business "The Perfect Gift Floral & Gift Basket Shoppe". Sad. Looks like she closed the store sometime soon after Disney stopped allowing vendor deliveries. The website is dead. There is still a Facebook page for the store but last posing from Shirley was back in 2015. Most indicative was looking up the store address in Google Maps street view. Image taken in July 2017 showed the previous store location empty.

Interesting that Dreams Unlimited was/is located next door.

Yes, she announced her retirement a couple of years ago.
