Is LBVSuites the same as Clarion Suites LBV?

We are looking for a hotel for 9 people, close to Downtown Disney and I keep coming up with Clarion Suites Lake Buena Vista. They have a 3-bedroom suite for only $131 per night. I can't seem to find any information on this hotel except they are on World Center Drive. I found Lake Buena Vista Suites on World Center Drive but they say (through Dreams Unlimited) the max occupancy per room is 6?

Two different hotels. Buena Vista Suites is located next to the Caribe Royale near HIFS.
