Is it worth doing Online Check-In if you're on club level?

We're staying at the BC for 4 nights on the club level. Is it worth doing online check-in? I did have a room request (for a full balcony) but this is listed on my reservation already.

I was told if you do online check in you have to check in at the main desk but if you don't you get checked in upstairs on the CL, someone will meet you in the lobby to escort you up. We have our first CL stay coming up but that is the information I received from people who already stayed and my TA.

It's possible things have recently changed, but the CL cast members I've spoken with in the past have all said that it doesn't matter if you do online check in or not. Either way, you will be checked in at the CL desk.

The advantages of checking in online (less time waiting, not needing to give all personal info) are moot on the club level. Since you will be in contact with IPO, they will already have your personal info, and even if they didn't, personal check in is more convenient than the online check in line at the front desk.

In all our Club Level stays at the Contemporary and Boadwalk Inn since online check-in has started we never used it and were always meet by a Cast Member when we arrived who took us to the lounge so we could check-in.

As for your requests I would e-mail them a second time to the Beach Club IPO Cast Members. For our Club Level reservation Boardwalk Inn we had requested a 4th floor room to be closer to the lounge since we are staying in their Deluxe Room and they also have some on the 3rd floor. Now we made that request when the reservation was made, however recently we also mentioned it to their IPO Cast Members in an e-mail. Well they e-mailed us back and said they will do the best they can to accomodate us, then also mentioned it's a request and nothing more.
