That bridge is very long, and some of those planks are quite a ways apart. And when you're done with that one, it attaches to another bridge! That jungle juice is so good I could have just drunk that for lunch and filled up my whole belly! I think it's something like orange, guava, and mango juice? Some delectable combination. It's almost like the juice they serve at Ohana for breakfast, but a little different.

Hello fellow AKL lovers! Has anyone also stayed at Bay lake tower? I am dvc and have stayed at AKL for most of my trips because it is my absolute favorite!! I am planning an upcoming trip for february and the bf wants to try bay lake tower. I am up to try it, but am afraid nothing will compare to akl and it will ruin my experience at blt. Any lovers try another resort for the first time and miss akl terribly? or should i suck it up and do a split stay? Thanks for your help!

Don't want y'all to think that I "used" ya and than abandoned ya. Things are crazy here. Trying to get settled and figure things out. We took our driver's test, that was nerve racking. It has only been 20 yrs since the last one We passed so now we are cleared to drive on the left side of the road

I look at our goodies from AKL and Disney and miss it. We had so much fun there.

Last year we stayed at Okw and the buses were wonderful as far as never having to wait and always having space. We will be traveling with our DD and a stroller this time. Can y'all ease my mind? We will be there Feb27-march2

Glad to know that you haven't forgotten us. I can't imagine driving on the left side of the road. Good luck with that! When you get settled, I'd love to see pictures of the area.

Please don't worry about the buses. During my extensive research for our last trip, which was our first time at AKL, but we are now in love and have two more trips booked, I noticed over and over again people complaining about the buses, how there was such a long drive to each park and people had to stand all the time because there were so many people packed in. I warned my mother ahead of time that this was the major complaint, but we never encountered any problem with the buses. Either those people are going in peak seasons when there are tons of people trying to go to each park, or they are just complainers I am not sure. Our longest wait, out of a nine day trip, was twenty minutes, all the others were there within ten minutes or less. They were never packed even though they share with Kidani Village. However, I must say that we never went at park opening. That may have been a factor. We usually were trying to get on a bus at 10 am. As for the driving times, Animal Kingdom was a 5 minute bus ride, Epcot and Hollywood Studios were between 12 and 15 minutes, and Magic Kingdom did take about 18 minutes to get to.
