Beak & Barrel question

We have a reservation 12/19 during mvmcp and are debating moving our party tickets to 12/18. I’ve checked frequently the last several days and cannot find any availability for the evening of 12/18. The party will be our only MK day, and this is holding us back from switching our party date. Has there been much luck finding reservations closer to time? Thanks for any help or thoughts.

I have been watching a lot the last few days. 1-2 days out you will see availability pop up quite often.
