Is it still midnight EST 60 days out for FP?

They changed the time that dining open up so I thought it was worth it to ask about FP.
Is it still 60 days out at midnight EST if you're staying on property?

60 days out at 7am EST

Changed to 7am eastern in May of last year.

Being in the Pacific time zone, I prefer the midnight FPs as well. Easier to stay up than to wake up at 4.

7am is an interesting choice, mainly because that will require 1/2 the country to get up before 5am in order to make FP+ reservations. Noon would have made MUCH more since.

It's based on the Disney ITs' schedules. They are at work and available to troubleshoot beginning at 7:00a. It's their sleep cycle that is of more importance to Disney.
