is it safe to assume Jake will NOT be at H&V in sept?

I made breakfast reservations at H&V for 9/15 (some time ago) with the hopes that by our trip, Disney would've added Jake to the character breakfast. I know it hasn't happened so far. Even if they announced it today, do you think it would be in effect by Sept.? I don't want to hold a reservation that I'm not really going to use!

The rumor was Little Einsteins are no longer doing M&G after August. But that they'd be at H&V until they could be replaced (most assume with Jake and Izzie) but since it took several years before Oso joined the crew I don't see it happening soon.

He is only in the Disney Junior show at this time. No meet and greets.
