Do you all think it is possible to have a wedding at disney with 100 guests for under 25,000? My DFand I are very simple and don't want the extravagant florals and stuff and we want a buffet(which should help), but is it realistic to think we can do it for under 25,000?

Yes it is possible. You may want to use outside vendors for things like flowers and music. That saved me a lot of money. I used the same band I would have booked through Disney, but booked them myself...saving $$ and lots of it

It is possible, it all depends on what you want.

What day you plan on getting married - Mon - Thurs have a lower minimum spend
What time you plan on getting married - Brunch receptions have a lower food ad beverage minimum etc.

We had 99 guests plus the two of us (101 total). Not including my dress, travel, steaming, tuxes, welcome bags, or rehearsal dinner...mine was about 16-17k. Rehearsal dinner was about $850 for 40 people.
