Is it possible to extend catered event in Epcot (Escape)

Anyone know if it's possible to extend a catered event at Epcot by 30 mins or possibly 1 hour?

Yes. You can extend the time for free. If you want to extend the food service, you pay a pro-rated amount per guest based on the price of your menu. So if it's $50/guest and you extend it 30 minutes, you pay $25 extra per guest. But you don't usually need to extend the food service because people don't really go to the buffet during the show.
