We just got back from our stay at AKV CL. It was wonderful. Can you believe it I was so busy (and so full) that I never even got a ZD!!! I kept saying I would come back for some and never did. We were so full from snacks at the CL that I forgot about them. Then we did the 3D Dessert Party at Epcot. I think I was in sugar shock. The truffles there were to die for. The weather was perfect, sunny and warm all week - low to mid 80's. We did try out the pool and the hot tub one day. It wasn't very crowded and very relaxing. The sunrise safari was a real treat. We spent about 45 minutes looking at all the animals and Vickie from Ohio was very knowledgeable. The breakfast at Pizzafari was good too. I came down with a cold on our second day, so my appetite wasn't up to par, but I managed to try most everything.

Now I am counting the days till our next trip in January. This time we are taking my grandson and staying at Wilderness Lodge.

Just got back from our F&W Festival trip at the BC. It was terrific and I am now counting down the days till our AK CL stay for Christmas. Sounds like lots of good trips are in the planning or have been taken or are in the process of being enjoyed right now. I have missed you all!!

this will be our first adventure as a land and sea trip ending at AKL with SV!!! So excited! We have 4 generations coming for the last 4 days of our trip!!! This will make 26 trip for me since I lost my Mom in 2000!!!

Looks like I have a lot of reading to do! I need a crash course in all things wonderful here! We are staying 2 nights at Kidani savanna view studio after 5 nights at pop. I want to make sure I get my monies worth! Off to page 1 I go!

I want to go back already and it hasn't even been a week! We did get to try out some new restaraunts and some of the food and wine booths, but it still seemed like we missed so much. I didn't get to spend much time exploring the resort. I keep saying next time, but then we never have enough time to do everything. I really think I need to spend a month at WDW, but I am sure I still wouldn't do everything I want to. Have a great time to anyone who is leaving soon. And so sorry for those of us who had to come home too soon. On the up side I just booked our flights for January. There is only 1 nonstop flight to/from our airport each day. This trip I will have my elderly mom and my grandson so I didn't want to have to switch planes. Still got a pretty good deal - $91 down and $80 back on AirTran. I can't figure out why the prices are different, they are both on a Saturday.
