Is Howl o Scream really scary?

Husbands wants to go to Howl o Scream. I am such a chicken, so we are planning to go and on that day, he will meet up with some of our friends and I will return to the hotel. He will then go to Howl o Scream with our friends. Then the next day we will all meet up and go to BG again. My husband says I should just put on my big girl panties and go...lol! But I spook easily! So just how scary is it? I am told that the park workers cannot touch you and that they just make noises and jump towards you. Maybe I can hang out at the gift shops while they go in the Haunted Houses. Hmmm...or maybe just chill at the hotel! Any input? Thanks!!

It can get intense...they will not touch you...but they do get very close...and can come out of some really random places. If you hate being scared, you may want to skip it
