Is every Yankee in the nation moving to NC?

I didn't realize that NC is a "HOT" place to move at the moment. My sister-in-law & her husband just moved down last week. He is a football coach at Elon University, never heard of it.

Elon is in Burlington. One of our best friends is a professor at Elon.

Hopefully with the new lottery we will get free college tuition too. I can hope. I have 2 DDs that will be ready for college in about 10 years.
