Is Disney the antithesis of Christianity?

I find people who think like your co-worker does to be the antithesis of Christianity.

Out of curiousity (way off topic here) was Walt a Christian?

Yes. Walt was a Christian and his family attended church, but he did not. According to the Neal Gabler biography, Walt's absence in church was attributable to his workaholic tendencies rather than any apathy about religion. After dropping his family off at church, Walt would visit the studio and work until it was time to pick them up.

People are psoting a lot about the complaints over Gay Days, but that's just half of the stories I have read. Many others also point out their deviant policy of giving benefits to the S.O.s of gay CM's, and even though I think they are way off base, they are totaly accurate on that one.

In fact I think Disney basically championed the idea.
