We saw four tourgroups of loud, obnoxious teenagers on our trip in July 2005, and they blocked sidewalks, chanted, and created logistical headaches wherever they went. Also, some of the behavior exhibited ran towards the dangerous. This inculded teens knocking over small children and physically pushing adults out of their way in restaurants. In each case, the teenagers I was observing were wearing t-shirts that said "Brasil."
In what had to be one of the odder moments of the trip, my dbf, who is also a very talented linguist, turned to the members of one of these groups, who were consistently pushing into us from behind in the Peter Pan queue, and politely asked them to stop (in English as they had been speaking in English). They put on a confused face and did not stop. This was followed up with a loud, mocking sort of conversation in Portugese about the silly (not exactly the word used) man trying to give them orders. He proceeded to explain, in Portugese, that he was not silly or bossy, but would appreciate it if they'd knock it off (also not a direct quote). The result was stunned silence and then a decreased noise/pushing level. Dbf got some applause for his efforts.
I now run from tour groups at WDW. All tour groups. Yes, I *am* judging peope based on the little flag, the matching shirts, and the herd-of-cattle pattern of movement. I am prejudiced ... against tour groups. So far my only experience has been with Brazilian tour groups. However, and let me make this perfectly clear, I'm ready to be annoyed by people of all nationalities, colors, and tour company affiliations in the future. I dislike all rude people equally.
I'd like to add that I thought the original post was really very funny. I'm going to Brazil in two weeks ... I'll let you know if we're the only ones there.

How disgusting!

The other guests waiting to get in line stood there with stunned expressions. The tour guide and minions all had ear to ear grins as they ran over the other guests. They were having the time of their lives. The CM on the other hand just gave the stunned audience the look "Welcome to WDW in July"
