...exercising for better health rather than for a weight-loss goal?

Are there enough of us that would be interested in having some goal clippies like the weight-loss goal clippies? If so, I'll put some together. :)

I'm thinking something like a "1 week", "2 weeks", "1 month", "2 months" ... "x months" series. If anyone is like me, it's going to be a challenge for me to make it to one month of exercising at my plan (which isn't necessarily every day, but is at least several times a week)

Any interest?
 
Clippies are always fun to have.....

Can I be doing both? Better health is the ultimate goal for me and I am using weight loss and exercise as the way to get there. :) Now that I am getting my cholesterol numbers down, I want them to stay there! ;) :)
 
Of course you can do both! :teeth:

I was just thinking that if you were going for a weight-loss goal, you already have the weight-loss clippies so don't need new ones of that. :D If you're going for a goal of a certain number of days/weeks/months of exercise / sticking with your exercise plan, it'd be neat to have clippies for that. :)
 

Ooooooooooh! I gotcha! ;) You might look into the Cheat Free Star. I know several people are using that for exercise instead of food choices. :) I love clippies. ;) :teeth:
