...exercising for better health rather than for a weight-loss goal?
Are there enough of us that would be interested in having some goal clippies like the weight-loss goal clippies? If so, I'll put some together.
I'm thinking something like a "1 week", "2 weeks", "1 month", "2 months" ... "x months" series. If anyone is like me, it's going to be a challenge for me to make it to one month of exercising at my plan (which isn't necessarily every day, but is at least several times a week)
Any interest?
