Is anyone else up this early...

Hi everybody! This is only my second post, but have been reading faithfully. :) We are in California; I was up very early this morning trying to get my CP Package! Got in at 3:58 PST, but accidentally entered my cell phone number instead if my home phone and was on hold for 34 minutes:sad2: I was in stress mode, big time! I kept watching the boards (here and TGM's) and was getting more worried by the second (literally!) Finally -- Fritz (a nice, friendly, but really sloooooow CM) came on the line -- I was so excited that I didn't care. I just told him what I wanted and I got it! We are eating at Le Cellier at 5:30 pm for the 8:15 pm show on Dec. 16th. We will be at WDW Dec. 8 thru Dec. 17, so doing the CP on our last evening was a must! Here are our other ADR's (yes, I know there are alot of ADR's, but DH insists that we have sit-down meals at least once a day, preferably twice -- I made him add an extra day to our trip because of this!)

Well, Welcome disneykidz4! :yay:

Sounds like you are going to have a busy time, but it will be fun!:santa:

Yes, Neil Patrick Harris was the name given to me by the CM when I inquired about 11/29. Don't know for sure, but I read somewhere on the boards that he's very good so looking forward to hearing him.:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I got mine for Nov 25 at 5:30!!! So when I called this morning I was on hold for 25 min but finally got through...The CM accidentaly made it for Dec 25 and then she had to redo the whole thing. So I just called back a couple of minutes ago just to reconfirm and asked about the DDP and if we could use it and the guy could not find any info on it so he didn't think we could use it. For anyone who booked this morning, did the CM tell you that you could use the DDP? I just don't think the CM I talked to really knew or not. But never the less I did get my reservation in!! yay!!

Got 12/29 at Le Cellier (5:20pm) for 8:15 show. YAY! (Called at about 7:10 this morning and was on hold for about 30 minutes.)

The CM I talked to this morning did confirm that it is one sit down credit.
She was a little crabby....but full of information anyway. I sent pixie dust her way:wizard:

Hmmm... thanks for this info. I got my ressies about an hour ago and the CM was positive the CP was NOT on the dining plan this year. I'm going to call back to ask again...

cool thanks kimmy!! yeah it seems like we cant get a definent answer from the CMs but I will definently take your word on it!!:)

I just called... twice. The first CM told me that Marrakesh was not included as one table service credit on the DDP. When I asked what the other choices were, she put me on hold, and then a few minutes later the "end of call" survey came on and then they hung me up. Arggg!!! I called back, got all through the menus again, and only waited a minute or two before I got someone who was helpful. She said Marrakesh IS considered a TS credit, so I went ahead and booked Marrakesh for 5:30 on Dec 21, with an 8:15 showing of CP. It will be our last night, watching this. I've never seen this show in my many Xmas trips, so I am definitely looking forward to it. I wanted to watch it in the dark (i.e. a later show) to see all the candles and lights.

The CM I spoke with also confirmed that we are on the DDP and that the CP would be 1 TS credit. She made a point of mentioning it more than once and even went through the process of how it would work and when it comes time to "pay" for the meal, we would "pay using 1 TS credit each".

And in previous years, it was also 1 TS credit for the CP packages.

I got mine for Teppanedo at 5:30 on Nov. 25 and the 8:15 show. Does anyone know who the narrator is going to be that night? My TA booked it for me and I forgot to get her to ask. She said they told her it is part of the dinning plan.

Thanks, Kelleigh1. I thought this was correct. In past years, the DDP was accepted, just like you say. It just didn't make sense that she told me no. Also, it seems everyone else is getting the :thumbsup2 with the DDP for the CP so, once again I'm thankful to my Dis friends!

Got Marrakesh for 12/30 at 4:00PM for the 6:45PM show.

I don't really understand how the tier system works. We are using ddp and wanted to eat at Garden Grill. What is the difference between tier 1,2,3?

THANKS for any info!!!

I ended up calling around 10 Eastern and didn't wait at all! :goodvibes

I spoke with a really nice CM named Roberta and she asked if I had been waiting long. She said that when she came in this morning there were 300 phone calls waiting! :scared1:

I ended up getting The Rose & Crown for 12/5 at 5 for the 8:15 show.:goodvibes

There's no difference in tiers if you're on the DDP. There is a package price if you are paying OOP, and the tiers refer to the prices for the package.

I started calling before 7:00am, got the "we are not open yet" message until7:03. I was wondering if it was due to me calling the 1-800 number, yes I'm cheap. I did get through after a 25 min wait. I now have resevations for Le Cellier @ 4:00 on Dec 3. I wanted the 8:15 show, but they would have had to sit our party of 5 at seperate tables, and I didn't want to chance it. I'm still very happy I got in to Le Cellier:dance3:

We got what we wanted, Nine Dragons at 4:00PM for the 6:45 CP on Dec 9, we are thinking of having the kids eat with us then have them go to the Kids Club at BCV so we can enjoy the CP in peace then have soem adult time in the countires:cool1: I am a bit nervous about NIne Dragons, we decided to try something new this year as far as dining, never ate there.
