Is anyone else going crazy over all this towncar stuff!!! I mean I'm beside myself....first ******** gets booted because they are spamming...then Cartier is suddenty getting bad reviews....the two other services I won't use b/c I didn't like their "attitude." (I won't name names but boy isn't it hot in FL and don't you love Tiffany's jewelry?) What is going on?? Am I the only one that feels this way???

I have said it in the past and it bears repeating...you have to go with your gut on these type of things. No car service, airline, hotel....etc...is going to have a good review from everyone that uses it. And since more people take the time to complain about bad service than congratulate the good service, that is what you tend to hear about.

I, personally, would choose a service based on personal experience. Reading some reviews gives you an idea of how others feel they were treated. If you contact a company directly-whether by phone or email perhaps you can get an idea for yourself how you think they are treating their customers.

Also remember that the written word is much more difficult way to communicate than spoken sentiments.

I agree, you need to go with your gut feeling. I am using a Town Car service for the first time this trip.

I chose Cartier because they had very positive reviews and they answered my e-mails very professionally and courteously. I have had great interaction with them and have recommended them to family even though I haven't actually used them yet. I feel very positive.

When I see people post a negative review, I take it with a grain of salt. Everyone has different criteria and different expectations. I see people post scathing reviews of resorte because they didn't get towel animals and I see people post positive reviews, because even thought the room wasn't what they expected they liked the service or the decor.

Some people tend to see the negative in everything and some tend to be more positive. Until I have a bad experience or hear from someone I trust 100%, I will make my own judgements and not let myself be swayed or get nervous.

Every business is going to get a bad review or have an incident happen that's beyond their control. It's how they deal with it and how they treat you as customer that truly matters.
 
I guess you are both right! Hey how bad can it be at Disney?? I can say though I would be officially freaked if left at the airport....even more so if they didn't pick me up for the flight back! Hopefully all this complaining may make them feel the need to be more accountable....it apears they do read the boards.
 

I have used Cartier Town car services three times and just booked them for a 4th time for our Dec.trip. We have always had good service waiting for us at baggage claim and helping us with our luggage. Always been waiting for us at our hotel early for our return trip. The price is reasonable to.
