Is 1900 Park Fare Dinner better than Chef Mickeys?

We have always had good food at Chef Mickeys but really didn't like Boma.

I miss Chef Mickey's when it wasn't a buffet and it was located in the "Lake Buena Vista Shopping Village." Ah memories...
