FYI - this guy sells grey market iPads (not meant for US sale, he gets them outside normal distribution channels). Meaning he's not an authorized reseller - so no Apple warranty.

This guy has been selling them for a while, I also go on Slickdeals.net & fatwallet.com. People on those sites have purchased & received grey market ipads from him.
