Interplex - getting worried! *all fixed now!*

We are going to St Pete's beach after our Disney trip and since none of us drives, we opted for a car service to take us from Orlando to St Pete's. I found Interplex transportation which seemed to have decent reviews, I did a search online and didn't find anything negative.

BUT we have to make a change to our reservation, I emailed them last week & had no reply so I called them today. The guy on the phone was nice but he said our changes were all taken care of... except he never asked me for a confirmation number OR for our name. So I'd like to know how he modified our reservation considering he has no idea who we were!

I can't chance being stranded in Orlando. I have contacted Happy Limo and they gave me a quote which is about $60 more than Interplex, small price to pay for peace of mind.

On the other hand Interplex seems to have been around for years so they must be doing their job right ???

I emailed them again asking them to confirm our modification and haven't heard back yet, but it's only been about 6 hours (that said, Happy Limo emailed me back with a quote within an hour). To make matters worse we have already prepaid our trip, and I'm worried that if we do cancel, we'll never get our money back.

What would you do ??? Anyone here used Interplex recently ?
 
Could it be because caller ID, or perhaps your voice, identified you as being from France, and you might be their only French customers?

It's just an idea, but you might be unique enough to them that they remember your booking!

I agree. I wouldn't be too worried about it. You could call and ask for a confirmation of your plans.
 
I'm not sure. I don't have a french accent, and my friends in the US always tell me that when I call them it shows up as coming from Detroit :lmao:

If they could just answer our mail it would put my mind at ease, but nothing yet.
