Internet access?

I will be renting a condo at Windsor Hills which does not have internet access. Are there any internet cafes around the area? If so, do you know how much they are? Thank you.

The local libraries have internet access, but I don't know much about it. I will bump this back up and see if someone can help you. I did a search for internet cafe's and it's not coming up with too much info.
