I read this article and the regular twin sounds exactly like our older dd, who's 10. She constantly looks out for her sister, and is just fiercely protective of her, especially if we go somewhere. I actually have to kind of shrug her off sometimes----I don't think it's good for her to be so involved with the raising of her little sister. She should be allowed to be a kid too, kwim?

Wow, thanks for sharing. My autistic DS is 13 and has a twin sister....she's not always protective of him, but when she is, watch out!
