Seriuosly I agree and did not know this trick. Guaranteed to be less agravating

However, if you look a society and the greed and selfishness; they take that attitude into the game. It is so sad. The really sad thing is: the people who are usually the nicest to meet are the ones who are not very popular and no one seems to notice the little extra things they do. The good thing is they do not stop giving and helping even if very few seems to notice. And though I see a positive on the RAOK boards there is also I negative. What if you are one of those nice people and I know a few who give a lot, but hardly ever get thanked. If someone reads these posts they may assume that the person is not a very giving person because their name is not mentioned much. Really this is about integrity as well. If you get something extra special out of the blue and you normally post to that part of the board; Remember to thank your Dis Friend. If you never post then it is up to you. I do not believe every nice guesture or gift needs to be publically thanked for either. A nice pm is just as important. Especially if someone went out of their way to help you. Just drop them a little note saying thanks in a pm. One thank you on VMK games sometimes does not show the proper gratitude. And there are a lot of disers that do go out and get born in the park for people, mickey hats, quest items, and room codes for people who can not go and for some people they do not even know only by VMK name only. I really hope the proper appreciation is being shown. If not; then I hope you see it is time to start. And them most of us will see the good in people not just the ones that stink.

Me neither. Had bad experience with other vmk player and the code traded to me. I also decided after that to gift my remaining room codes as gifts to friends. That way if they didn't work or something else showed up in their inventory, it was no skin off anyone's back.

yhat happend to me but i didn't fall for it. a girl said she had inferno for sale and so i said i'll give you seagull hat for it ( knowing that she probably didn't have it )
and when we were in trade she said give me the hat first then i'll take off inferno
and give it to you ( before i clicked on her she had no inferno ) and i said im not dumbo you tried to trick me into giving you my seagull hat after that she left the room score 1 for mewmewpwr!!

Talking about integrity, there is a boy character in vmk who is running this scam -- I was in a trade room offering hats for trade, so he tells me (in a trade window) that if I give him the hats, he will use a special computer program to copy them, then give the hats back to me. So I lol'd at him and told him I was going to report him, which I did. Got the standard response telling me to ignore him. Fortunately, this boy had sent me a friend request, which I then accepted. I found him a few minutes later in his own room, which was titled something creepy, like come take a shower with me. He quickly took me off his friend list! I've seen him a couple of times around vmk, and when I ask him how he's doing and does he remember me, he vanishes quickly. Why wasn't he banned immediately after I reported him? I'm sure he's still out there, stealing and scamming all he can, and there are probably inexperienced players falling for it. I truly think that the whole anonymous on the internet/vmk thing brings out a lot of Dr. Jeckles and Mr. Hydes! Oh, and yes, I do remember his title, lol!

I think some of the kids just don't know what is out there in the game- have no idea what all they can be doing- and I'm the one who when the kids say, "I'm Bored!" or something similar- I'm quick to suggest that they log off the computer and go play outdoors- or read a book- or do some homework - or clean their rooms- I know at home it works with my kids when they are bored and I offer them some suggestions- the suddenly get un-bored really quickly lol

LOL, do that too, tell them to log off the computer and read a book or clean their room.
