We bought groceries from Publix (who uses Instacart) a couple of weeks ago at Kidani. They have delivery windows until at least 10:00pm and they will notify you when they are shopping, on the way, and when they arrive. Prices are not out of line either for the convenience.

That is why I used them, I felt the pricing was better than the other services.

Another random question. If I order and order alcohol/beer. Can somebody else (my father) sign for it? My parents will be at the resort during the available delivery hours on the day we arrive. Would it be easier to just put his name on the order?

I would imagine that the person signing for it would have to be the one whose name is on there. Otherwise they would run the risk of selling it to minors who had someone old enough accept the order.

Probably best to put his name on it. They took a picture of my license when I signed for it.

I have another question. I want to order alcohol so I'll be present. If I'm at the magic kingdom with 8pm HEA, do you think it's safe to sign up for the 9pm-10pm delivery window? I'm staying at Coronado and Magic Kingdom closes at 11pm the night in question. I figure I would be cutting it close and may be back a little after 9. However, what are the chances of being delivered right at 9pm? Also, if the driver calls and I am on the bus, generally speaking would the driver be able to adjust the delivery schedule to add me later? Or can I offer an additional tip to wait for me within reason?
