Inspired: What movies have you walked out of?

I didn't walk out because I was with a friend who wanted to stay, but I wanted to walk out of Any Given Sunday and AI.

Dinosaur, the WORST Disney movie....EVER! Even my son was begging to leave. :earseek:

I've never walked out of a movie, but I did walk out of a comedy act. & we were in the 2nd row!

Seriously. I was so amused by it that I faxed the local radio station to tell them about it. They ended up calling me and putting me on the morning show to tell about it. Yep, Screech looking at Jessie nakie gave me my 15 mins of fame.

Cool! That would be pretty funny I imagine!

I remember seeing some people leave a theater while we were waiting for our show to start a long time ago. The movie?
"Leaving Las Vegas" with Nicolas Cage and Elisabeth Shue.

Only time I've ever seen anyone walk out on a movie.

Never walked out! Why?

1. I'm choosy about what I'll pay to see in a theater to begin with
2. I feel committed somehow, once I'm in the theater
3. I feel like I'd draw too much attention to myself
4. I'd wonder if I'd left just before the good part and missed something!

Don't actually "go" to movies any more to be able to "walk out", but one that was yanked from the DVD player and nearly hit the wall was KILL BILL! :crazy2: That's me puking!

A River Runs Thru It, and I didn't walk out of but should have walked out of Grand Canyon, the most ridiculous movie I have ever seen.

Inspector Gadget...... only because DD3 was just not into it.

Cool World, Blues Brothers 2000 and Dr. T and the Women. They were all so bad I couldn't take it anymore.

Just remembered another Arachnophobia but then walked into Die Hard 2.

Ugh, you're so right. I didn't walk out but I sure wish I did. The theatre speakers were so LOUD, and the movie was so LOUD, my ears were ringing for the rest of the day.

How could a movie with such a promising trailer turn out to be so endlessly boring and derivative?

Lord of the Rings III. Ugh, that thing was so long and it never ended. I was pregnant at the time and was very uncomfortable. I really just needed to get out of there. I told DH to stay and that I would wait in the lobby, but he left too all in a huff.

I have only walked out of one movie that I can recall and for the life of me I can't think of the name! Aaargh!

It was truly horrid - back in the mid-to-late 80's. I think it was a one word title. It had Tom Cruise in it, and he was in a forest with fairies and unicorns and other weird crap. PLEASE somebody help me remember the name of this movie!

I've only walked out of one movie so far, and it was long, long ago in the early 80's. I was in high school and my boyfriend took me to see this re-running of some old 60's or 70's movie playing downtown that he said someone told him was great: A Clockwork Orange. It was absolutely the most vile, abhorant movie I could imagine. It was one bizarre rape after another. I saw about 30 minutes of it, and said "that's it for me".

Blech.

UGH, Legend!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had seen it in a theater, I would have walked out. I watched it on video and I think it's the worst movie I've ever seen (until Spy Kids 3D anyway).

Ladykillers. Couldn't handle the profanity. :confused3
