Inspired by "overlooked attractions" thread...what's the most overrated attraction?

What do you think is the most overrated attraction in each park? While these choices may not be the worst rides in the park, these are the rides that everyone else raves about, but you think are just ho-hum and nothing special.

Here are my picks:

Magic Kingdom
1. Space Mountain - It needs to be darker in there for it to work. I don't like being able to see the tracks.

Epcot
1. Test Track - This ride stinks until the very end.
2. Honey, I Shrunk the Audience - Good for the first few times, but gets boring after a while.

Disney Studios
1. Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular - Get rid of this one. Like HISTA, I liked it the first five times or so, but they haven't changed it in years!
2. Beauty and the Beast stage show - Good for little ones, but I wish the whole cast would sing, not just Belle and Gaston.

Animal Kingdom
1. Legend of the Lion King - I realize this will be really unpopular, but I don't really care for this show. It's good, but not as great as everyone thinks.
2. Tarzan Rocks - I know some LOVE this one...I definitely don't fall in that camp.
3. It's Tough to Be a Bug - Like HISTA, these 3D movies are good the first few times, but once you know the surprises, it becomes a little ho-hum.

Those are mine, what are yours?

MK: Splash Mountain. It's okay, but I'm always surprised how many people just looooooovvvvvveeee it. So, overrated to me.

Epcot: Must agree with Test Track. Again, I like it, but it's hardly one of the best rides I've been on. If it were down for rehab or something while I was there I wouldn't be put out at all.

MGM: Star Tours. I walked out of this one rather disappointed. It was just too tame for me.

AK: Primeval Whirl. Nothing much happens on this ride. I was expecting something a bit faster or at least more entertaining and instead it was a rather dull carnival ride. I'd ride it if the line was short but won't go out of my way for it.

I just got back 2 weeks ago...wow already been that long. I was all pumped up about Dinousaur in AK. It was disappointing to me. It was way to loud for one thing. I saw the picture and my youngest had no look at all and my oldest had her ears covered. This was our first trip. Star tours also wasn't what I had expected but it was fun. My girls loved it.

Star Tours for me. Though we get to ride it tons due to DS who is 6 and in love with Star Wars.

I agree with Star Tours. It's getting a little long in the tooth. Isn't there a rumor that Lucas is going to revamp it with a new adventure?

MK: Stitch's Great Escape
Epcot: Mission:Space
MGM: GMR
DAK: Primeval Whirl

Our family hates "It's Tough to be a Bug." We had seen it at DCA. We really didn't want to see it again at AK, but we wanted to see the Tree of Life in the queue and it was about to start when we got to the entrance, so we went in.

Primeval Whirl: They have the exact ride - minus the theming - at the State Fair of Texas.

Honey I Shrunk: We saw this once in California. We had opportunities to see it again n Paris and at Ppcot, but no one wanted to.

This may be blasphemy but: The Safari at AK. While it was pleasant enough, it amazes me that hundreds of people race for it every morning of every day.

KALI RAPID RIVERS!!!!

TG for Fastpass. I felt bad for the people who waited over a hour to get on this 2 minute BLAH ride. I thought it was very VERY bland and not up to Disny Standards at all.

MK - DH and me are in agreement on this one...we both dislike (a lot) Spectro Magic....one of the reasons is the clowns I'm afraid (someone on this board once described them as Chucky doll like)
MGM - Backlot tour. Miss the houses, and it's not nearly as good as the one I saw at Universal (L.A. one)
Epcot - Not so keen on Spaceship Earth, love the building, but I think the ride needs some work.
AK - Tarzan Rocks...not a big song and dance kind of girl, but this was really, really not my thing.

George Lucas himself has gone on the record as saying he wants to revamp Star Tours. I guess it depends on if they can work something out, hopefully the wheels are already turning on that one.

I almost added Kali to my list...but then I saw that all but one of the attractions on my list was at AK and I didn't want to discourage folks from this park...

Is that Drew Cary show still there? (MGM)

Avoid at all costs!!!

Sounds Dangerous? This attraction has something big going for it: The opportunity to sit down in darkness, in AC for a few minutes. On a hot, crowded summer afternoon, that in itself is a treat. When we were at Sounds Dangerous, a guy behind us carried on a whole conversation on a walkie talkie. Here we are, all in the quiet, trying to listen for sound effects, and the whole theater can hear both sides of this guy's entire conversation!

What is WITH those clowns/dolls? Are they supposed to look like giant small world figures? I thought they were creepy, too. (But I loved the rest of Spectro...wait, except the part where we waited in our spot for an hour before it started, then 10 minutes before it started, two ladies with a large stroller squeezed in behind us and then complained VERY LOUDLY about how crowded they were...)

Completely agree. This was the biggest disappointment of the trip. That and the Norway ride at Epcot. It was painfully boring.

The Safari was ok, but I was expecting something better.

Well, I for one, thought Dinosaur was great. AK is a beautiful park and I really enjoyed walking around there, even though there aren't as many attractions as MK and MGM.

I so agree with many of yours

MK: Space Mountain - SO LAME! It's light in there, you can see the tracks! Would be much cooler if you were in the dark

EPCOT: Test Track as well - again, very lame until the very end, which really isn't any more exciting than driving down the highway in a convertible

AK: Primeval Whirl - why do people say this spins and is crazy? We were very bored, and disappointed after so many people talking about how wild it is

MGM: Great Movie Ride - one huge snore fest. Needs an update, even after the update!

Animal Kingdom--Tarzan Rocks, Safari was ok, but nothing that great and Kali River Rapids (can you tell AK is not my fave, lol)

MGM-Great Movie Ride wasn't that great, but maybe I didn't like it b/c it scared my four year old? What else??? Oh...don't tell anyone, but if you have tired, sleepy kids then Fantasmic is overrated. I'm glad we saw it, but it's not on my must do each and every time list.

Epcot-oh...do I really love everything there? I think I do :cloud9:

MK-Speedway.....blech! Trash it, burn it and start over. Also not a big parade fan, but I love them for giving us the time to ride the good rides without lines, lol!!!

You know, we have been to DL in CA and to MK at times when the rides were walk ons, and even then, no one in my family - not one of my 3 kids - has ever expressed any desire to ride the Speedway.

Space Mountain: I LOVE this ride at Disneyland. It's pitch dark except for the star effects, and the music is great. At WDW, I thought it was really boring.

Test Track: I think it had been built up so much in my mind that I expected a lot more.
