The "picture places" at Epcot that I know of are in Imagination (the pics with the balls in the backgrounds and the animal/flower pics) and Innoventions (the ones with the purple bar & message underneath). The Imagination one is sponsored by Kodak. I believe you can alter your photos like that at Kodak.com.
