Does anyone have any updates on this? All I’ve read is “late summer in time for 50th Anniversary”

Universal is running their indoor Bourne stunt show. There's no excuse for this not to be back yet. That park desperately needs more things to do.
True, but you have to have staff to run the attractions.
Its been reported that WDW has called back all/most of their CMs. But how long will it take for them to return, retrain if needed and get the attractions ready to open is any ones guess.

It's no longer a relaxation station so at least that's a step..... We're hoping for this too, my son is a huge Indiana Jones fan and that's his favorite ride at DLR... we've never seen this show so hoping it returns!

In April it was a relaxation station, so that may be a step in the right direction.

Universal also needed to have staff and train them to get shows open. And somehow they've managed to do it....

Disney is dragging it's feet, plain and simple.

This! At this point there is simply no valid reason for Indiana Jones to not be open and operating, especially with the high demand/crowd levels at DHS.. Regarding the staffing, that is an invalid excuse as well, the actors/crew members at Indiana Jones are higher paid roles due to the acting and show production components and technical skill sets.. In addition, all parks/hotels/restaurants in the Orlando area are experiencing staffing issues as well so that is no excuse either..

I believe the only shows with Equity performers that have come back so far are the Frozen sing-a-long and Festival of the Lion King, so the continued closure makes sense give that Equity theatre across the country isn't back yet either.

That being said, Disney has to be assessing whether or not to reopen the show because that area is a huge chunk of land and the next logical space for a major new attraction. Why spend all the time and money to get things back up and rolling (sorry for the pun) if they're only going to close again soon?

interesting. I thought I had heard that they had started rehearsals for the stunt show a couple of weeks ago. but maybe not. yes, it's a good chunk of space, that's for sure.

Anyone have any updates on this show? We are coming in November and always enjoyed it. I know it’s been down for quite some time now. Thanks for by insight!

Biorecontruct took these aerial photos of Indy today...doesnt look like its opening any time soon
Ok help us (or at least me) out here….what are we seeing? What’s all that under the roof? That’s where the seats are, right? And the boulder effect? Why does it look closed in if they were using that as a mask-free zone? And that seriously looks like piles of brick out where the airplane scene happens? Or am I completely turned around? Obviously never seen the show from this angle LOL

What you are seeing under the roof, in front of the seating, is the back side of the scenery for the initial scene of the show, where Indy crosses the booby traps up to the idol and then the boulder chases him down. Those are on trailers that are currently parked making the scene. Once that part is over, they pull away opening up to the rest of the stuff used for the market and plane scenes.
Edit: when we used Indy as a relaxation station in late March, this was how things were set up.
