Indianapolis DIS Meet - 3rd Annual - All Welcome

We are staying at the Farifield Inn near Noblesville. We're still debating going to see the Indians play our team--the Bats on Friday night, so if we do that, we might head to the Spaghetti Factory, if not one of the other Italian restaurants should work!

Thanks for putting this together, ADP! We're really looking forward to it! Just hoping for some cooler weather. We are 2 hours or so south of you all and it is HOT down here.

Oh, you'd enjoy Victory Field!! It's a gorgeous park to take in a game. Any of the Italian restaurants mentioned would work well...we're from a little farther south, so we aren't as familiar with the area around Noblesville. We can hope for better temps, but we had another excessive heat warning today. I could only take my students out for recess for 10 minutes today because of the heat index!

I just realized I didn't give our names - I'm Katrina and DH is Tony. I am so excited about the meet.

We've decided to bring the camper and spend a couple of nights around Indi. I'd like to hit the Disney Store (they closed ours down in Dayton a couple of years ago). Do you have any recommendations on a restaurant in Indi for Friday night? We're just looking for something different than the typical Olive Garden or Outback.

Glad you will be spending a few nights in the area. If you plan on staying on the north side of town near the meet location here are a few places I'd suggest trying.

Would people be interested in Skyline Chili Dip? or Puppy Chow? (cripix covered with melted peanut butter and chocolate and then covered in powdered sugar)

We have two D&Bs...One is a wristlet which we'll be giving away as a prize and then a small pink handbag which will be in the auction.

Work is just nuts and has been all year and my schedule around Labor Day won't allow for the travel time.
