Blue Heaven is a pretty unique place to eat. Yep there are chickens wondering all over the place. They(the chickens ) look at you really mean if you order anything with chicken. raining here no baseball today gives me a chance to finish my daily itn, hotel ressi, airline tickets , ball tickets , cruise doc, off shore ex. then forget about it, til thur the 9 th,, am. head for stl to fly out the 10th

would have been great to meet you in person,, well beter get to work,, wife says she maybe thinking of putting some clothes togther , i said to early yet,, no place to stack it out of the way,,

As you all know DH never reads these boards, and we have never cruised before. So today when he realized he needs shorts and tees, dockers and polos, and a suit or 2 for formal and semi formal nights, he asked if we do anything on the ship besides change clothes all day. Now I know why people book suites.

Sorry to hear you got food poisoning... but think how good your summer clothes will fit while on the boat. I just got the suitcases out today...trying to decide on the shoes...everyone has me freaked out that I am not spending enough time packing. My DH, Jerry, is easy...he will wear whatever I pack for him. My DD's, Courtney (7) and Emily(4) will be fairly simple as well...planning mostly sundresses with sandals and several swimsuits each.(Biggest complainers about wearing a wet swimsuit) Now for me, providing I can continue to starve myself for another 2 weeks or so I should be fine with the clothes I have already. Seemed to spend far more time shopping for the others than for myself...

Heading to the store right now to pick up some bonine and other necessities like more sunscreen, hairspray, and laundry tablets.

Scott: Thanks for the advice We will not have time this trip but will next May (gonna book on board). Joanne does not know it yet...maybe one morning I will get up early and go check out the prices and have room service deliver the receipt to her with her morning coffee? Joanne is going with the 4 pair as well?

Thank you everyone for the get well wishes, I sure do need them. I do not think I have EVER been this sick without at least getting a little better each day. I do feel better coming down to read the new posts though, and thanks again

Nervousnelly... I have a 6 and a half year old DD and a 10 yr old DD also. She's likes the idea I tell her I KNOW there will be other 6 yr olds on board, right JenniferSmith23.

Went shopping last night and today, almost done. Even bought the Downy wrinkle releaser, will try it before I leave, so I know if i'll be taking it with me or not.

Joanna: Good thought, we will be taking room service to Mexico with us DCL does provide this service do they not I think I got sick from a hamburger in an Irish Pub in San Diego
at least that was the last thing I ate before getting sick. Should have stuck with the fish and chips!

Nervousnelly: Would I be right in thinking your name is Nell? Let me know Got the names of the others in your party just not yours.

Joanne is asking about how many suitcases to bring? I think 8 would be enough OK enough of this..have to drink my water...seeing the doc in the AM, hate doing drugs but I think this may require something other than my stubourness?

I have been spending sooo much time at the barn with the horses, I haven't had time to finish up my shopping. I still need to find a dress for the formal night. I've been looking but nothing is what I want or if I want it, it doesn't fit.

Joe hope you get to feeling better soon, you really do need to follow Mjasp's advice and stay away from the food in Mexico. Take lots of clear liquids, you have to make yourself, jello and popsicles are ok too.


VACCINES - I did check with the Dr.'s at work they said if we are going to be in Mexico for no more than a day we should not need to worry about the shots. Just make sure you bring bottled water from the ship to drink. Especially Joe!!!

Mjasp - I use the downey wrinkle release at home, it works fairly well on the kids t-shirts and some cotton shirts. It did get most of the fold lines out of their things last cruise.

Hi every body,, the did come out after all here today and the rain did quit, so we did have 3 hours of baseball practice so that way did'nt have anything i needed to do this afternoon any way right

Jennifer Smith 23 I know not much to say or do trying to still post a little dont know if I'am going to make to my goal of 500 think I'am suffering from burn out on this web site

Joe critters dont have a chance anymore kids sports, have caused me to , not give the cows the quailty attention they are acustom to getting

Joe yes I have seen the info of KW I sure hope its prety there because, I havent heard or seen alot about it that has me

One thing that I do Know is they have no beaches or golf courses, but alot of museums what up with that, i'am not going to shop for real estate there, thanks cmatt

Well got to the airport nice and early only to find the flight canceled. Rebooked for three hours later. Should have know as the weather was really bad last night. So much for an early arrival. anyway it gave me a chance to hang out here at the office and get one last look at the boards.

Cmatt we know you can make it to 500.

Now we will have to come up with a good cover story when we all show up with these shirts on. I am sure people will ask.

We could tell people we all went to different HighSchools together, or We could say we are on a fear of cruising trip to over come our phobia.., Or we could tell them we are Boones Farm sales reps on a convention trip, or really freak some folks out and tell them the crew got sick and a temp agency sent us to fill in

Hope everyone is having a good Monday...although definately not as good a Monday as it will be 3 weeks from now...haha. At this time 3 weeks from now, we (hopefully) will be at our Palo's Brunch or enroute anyway. Can you believe it???

Joe - Hope you are feeling better. To much Boones Farm you've been drinking...Gotta lay off that stuff...It'll kill ya.

My daughter is getting REALLY excited about the cruise. I didn't know it, but one of her friends went on the 4 day Wonder last Thursday, and came back with pictures. My daughter had the bragging rights though, because she was going on the 7 day. That solicited the "NO FAIR" response from her friend. lol... Anway, that made Brianna even more excited.

Well, must get back to work....I am in a conference almost all next week, and will be out a week for the cruise, so I gotta start finishing some stuff.
