Cathie, Sorry about the stress, great choice on the carrots.

OMG I can not belive for the first time in MONTHS, I have enough points left over for dinner.

Kat, your posts are so helping me. I think about your menu when I am wanting to eat junk today.

So for me it is as follows:

b: oatmeal 2 pnts
s: plum & wheat thins 3.5 pnts

I know that could be better, but that is a major change for me after yesterday, and the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that.........

OMG I can not belive for the first time in MONTHS, I have enough points left over for dinner.

:goodvibes That totally made me smile.

Of course, I'm dying here - I ate way too much tonight. Yum-o dinner. Then making 2 cakes for tomorrow - one for my nieces high school graduation (vegan chocolate cake due to an egg allergy - with white chocolate raspberry mousse filling and vanilla buttercream) and another Velvet Elvis for a birthday. There are still left overs from Seth's birthday - PLUS his girlfriend came in from Pa today and brought him ANOTHER cake that she had made. We currently have more cake and frosting in our house than anyone should be allowed to have at one time!

Thanks for everyone's advice on my half. I think deep down I knew all the things you guys told me but sometimes it helps when other people tell you. (And when the people have done a half before.)

I have been reading everything everyone has been writing here. I'm just not mentally or maybe I should say emotionally myself this week. Work stress is just getting the best of me. Add to that the funeral I had this week and there was just a pretty horrible murder in my town which has taken a toll on me. (My town is a quiet little town where the police reports are often about things like a lost cell phone or something being thrown out of a car window.) I just wish work were better, it would make handling other things a bit easier.

Oh well back to watching World Cup replays.

Ah yes. That was big in the news here too, as the suspects parents live about 20 minutes from me and they had their home staked out 24/7 while he was being sought. Very horrible.

yes Kat - the thread does seem quiet. End of school year chaos in our house. Looking ahead to Monday! :goodvibes

Company picnic today. Yummy! Taylor had an awesome birthday party and Ryan's netbook is clear of ugliness. So far, so good!

Glad your having a good day EE!!

the in-laws when to DH's brothers for a few house.
So its been a race to clean around here.

Happy Friday ladies!

I'm off to buy a new bathing suit, one that fits the new me and doesn't have a skirt attached to it! :rotfl:

A good friend of mine moved to Austin, Texas and she's at her bf's families lake house in NH. So I'm headed up there either tonight or tomorrow to swim, drink and catch up! So looking forward to it!

Hope you all have good plans for the weekend.

Hi Everyone!

My reason for not being here is the World Cup! Although, if England keep playing like they are doing then that will only last a few more days :rotfl2:

LisaV - Thursdays episode was 21 of 24! So close to the end!

Goals - water is still going well, tracking is so so and exercise is blah! I need to manage my time more effectively then everything will fall into place. I'll get there!

Everyone - Hi :lovestruc

Good morning! I'm working, but it is almost over. Go me! Netbook is back and clean of anything that shouldn't be there.
