OMG I can not belive for the first time in MONTHS, I have enough points left over for dinner.
Kat, your posts are so helping me. I think about your menu when I am wanting to eat junk today.
So for me it is as follows:
after workout 90cal Fiber 1 bar 1pnt
b: oatmeal 2 pnts
s: plum & wheat thins 3.5 pnts
L: home made salad, cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, 1 pc of frozen tomato pizza, 8 pnts
s: 100 cal pudding 2 pnts
I know that could be better, but that is a major change for me after yesterday, and the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that.........
