hey ladies..

I had a good day. Started off with a 4 miler this morning that went really well. No complaints! We went to the yuengling brewery and buschgardens this afternoon. So yes, that meant I had beer. And it was good. And the weather was awesome. :goodvibes But I am exhausted now. DD did not nap at all, so she is in bed already. And I think I will be headed there soon, at least to settle down and read a bit.

Food today
Prerun-1/2 granola bar
Post-Run/breakfast, 1/2 granola bar, plain mini shredded wheat, skim milk, tsp brown sugar
L-ham/turkey sandwich on multigrain roll. A few fries. Fed the rest to the ibis's stalking the tables!
D-Coffee and oatmeal.

Drinks-4-12 oz beers, water, coffee

Erika: I have to say too that I am grateful I found all of you on here. I've just recently had some "friends" cut me out of their lives for no apparent reason and I am glad I have this place to come and vent and talk. You all are such inspirational understanding people. :grouphug:

I forgot to tell you from your post earlier wondering outloud about food. I do eat as much or more than you. I just don't post food so you don't know. Now you do.

On the week-ends, I easily eat that much. But that is my issue. I eat fine M- Th and then Friday comes and I go overboard. And stay there till Sunday. It isn't junk like fast food. Just too many snacks (healthy) and too big of portions. My most recent pitfall has been wasabi almonds. OMG. I eat the whole jar in like 2 days. But now I am ON it.

Ok, Nancy, I guess you can go to Cancun. It seems that Lyz signed your permission slip! :lmao:

Bfast = 3 egg whites (60), 1 piece whole grain toast (110)
Snack = fiber one bar (140)
lunch = veggie ham sandwich (170)
Dinner = steamed vegetables in a wine sauce (250)
Right now = 100 cal popcorn, cocoa (75)

Total = 905

Exercise = 4 mile run.

Thanks to everyone who offered to host Stanley! But he is going to our dear friends in Florida. They lived across the street from us for 9 years and just moved this past summer. Our kids miss their kids desperately. Anyway, we called them tonight and Cammie happened to mention it and they would love to have him. (Plus the mom is like the craftiest person I know, so Cammie will end up with a killer project! Not that I am competitive or anything. ;) )

So thanks again! You guys are just the best!

When I am thin, though, it goes to a nice hourglass that is mostly leg. I am very much not proportional... 5'8" and petite tops fit me better, and anything under a size 14 in an average length, turns into capris.

I promise I will comment more and such soon. I am slowly getting back on track but have developed a night-time CSI:NY addiction that will subside once I have seen them all.

Food for today:
B: half english muffin w/ sf jam (60), coffee
L: 1 cup (100) fire chili (seriously D dumped a whole car of jalapenos in it!), salad (100), mini baby ruth (30)
D: 5 great value hot wings (180), mini pita pizza (175), veggies w/ ff spinach dip and 1 serving ff pringles (200)
S: 1 bag ff popcorn (200) -- probably, haven't eaten it yet. Might do ice cream instead.

Total, 1055. Exercise, none.

and I TOTALLY DID NOT eat a cornbread muffin smothered with butter for dinner. (or six) That would be a MAJOR VICTORY LADIES! MA-JOR!

exercise:
30 minutes walking tm, 7 running, 8 slowly up hill= 45 total
weights and toning for arms, legs and tumster.

OMG! I am SO GLAD that Brady got voted off. I cannot STAND Vicky. My family has come to dread Tuesday night because I sit there and stew and fume and swear and curse....all because I HATE VICKY. Look up *itch in the dictionary - and there is her picture.

I told DD tonight that I wanted Vicky's address. I want to go all "Mean Girls" on her and send her a case of weight loss bars! (ok...so if you haven't seen the movie "Mean Girls, that made no sense...but trust me...) I feel really bad for Amy C 'cause you know that Vicky's gonna go all evil and rip her up & down.

I hope she gains weight next week.
 
I got so worked up over Vicky and the BL that I didn't post my food.

Exercise:

Mostly weight work - upper body...50 minutes

Food:
B- kashi/blueberries/milk
Sn - protein bar/apple
L - boca burger w/lettuce, tomato, laughing cow light cheese on an Arnold's Select sandwich flat (I think that's what they are called...yummy, 1 point) and a few tortilla chips :mad:
Sn - triscuits & 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
D- stuffed shells w/turkey sausage, salad, 1/3 c. corn, 1/2 slice bread
Sn - 1/2 c. lowfat ice cream

still not getting enough water.
 
Food today!

Breakfast: 100 Cal bagel and 1 tsp butter
Lunch: Homemade panini same as yesterday, pretzels
Dinner: grilled eggplant, butternut squash, shiratake noodles and melted light laughing cow cheese on them
Snack: 100 Cal popcorn

20.5 pts today! And i drank water. But no exercise. My neck hurts. I blame my hour on the phone with Erika. :lmao:
