We will be sailing Fantasy in August of 2019. I would like to be able to get the Rainforest passes and possibly have them decorate the room for my childs birthday. Does anyone know when we can start ordering these? Like how far in advance?

Although you should be able to order sooner than this, we were only able to order Easter basket candy a month before our cruise. Although other things were available prior. So although I can’t give you the start date I wanted you to know that you should check closer to your sailing date just in case other specialty items come available.

I've never seen a limit as to how far in advance you can order, but I've also never attempted to order more than a few months before the cruise. I would wait until closer to your PIF date before placing an order.

You will need to pay for them at time of ordering them (both are call in orders or you can fax the form in)

I have never ordered anything BEFORE I was paid in full and so far in advance of sail date, but I have no doubt it can be done as you have a reservation number to work with. You can order up to 3 days before sailing also. Except for specialty cakes which must be ordered no later than 7 days prior to sail date and via fax.

The Rainforest passes are great if you are not sure how much you will use them, but we like to get the length of cruise pass once on board and go everyday for an hour or two. The Birthday decorations are awesome and hold up very well.
There are some items that are seasonal though and will not be available until closer to your cruise window, so check back if you choose to order now rather than closer to cruise.
