My advice...fall asleep for a month. When you wake up you will have passed ROFR.

Then fall asleep for another month and you should have closed and gotten into the system.

Our documents were submitted 5/10 and we are going crazy waiting. The first week wasn't bad, but the next was torture

Mine submitted monday 5/21. I've seen many people lately coming back at about 2 weeks ROFRd, so once I'm in the third week of wait, I'll feel a little better. Problem is, I'm guessing a lot of people are off this week or next due to the holiday, so what may have been shorter may actually push out to the full 30 days.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm still waiting to hear back on contracts that I signed on April 10 and April 19. Yes, you read that correctly. Let's just say that there were some, er, unforeseen delays.

I'm with you in ROFR! The wait is torture. We submitted May 9th, so I am crossing my fingers hard that we hear back by the end of this week (which will be our third week). I saw a couple that came back in just over two weeks recently!
