In need of US and IOA help!

I haven't been to IOA and the last time I visited US was in 1999.

I'm planning another trip to WDW and was thinking of also doing US and IOA in October 2009.

Is there somewhere I can find the operating hours for this year?, so I can get an idea of the hours for next year.

Any other ideas/tips that you would like to share?

Also looking for information on food allergies while at Universal. Are there certain places that are able to make dairy free food?

The hours won't out until probably six months in advance but since you're going in October, you can figure on the Studios being open until 5pm during HHN and IOA being open until 7pm. During non HHN nights, the parks close at 6pm during that time of year.
