In general, what do you eat for breakfast most days?

I used to eat leftovers too! I worked an ungodly early shift rising at 3:30am to be at work by 4:30am. I'd take leftovers and nuke 'em about 5:30am during a break. Just like you Deuce, I could east just about anything from lasagna, to mexican food, you name it.

Now I have a more normal schedule and try to eat healthy things for breakfast. Oatmeal, or sometimes a little cottage cheese and tomato juice.

I alternate between yogurt and fruit with granola, english muffin, and cereal. On Sundays we have pancakes or waffles, eggs, fruit and all the good stuff I don't eat all week. :goodvibes

1/2 a cup of fat free dairy-cottage cheese or greek style yogurt and a serving of fresh fruit. V8 juice. Tea
on sunday i might eat pastry, cereal or go out to breakfast.

I usually dont eat anything for Breakfast. If I do its usually leftovers from the night before. I am not a breakfast food person and it usually makes me sick.

I never used to eat breakfast, but now it is a neccessity for me and I love it.

I am not a morning person so I don't have time to cook so I usually have one of two things:

- A Weight Watchers Smart One brand breakfast sandwich that is an english muffin with egg whites, cheese and canadian bacon - yum!

- a smoothie made with a combo of juice, milk, yogurt, fruit

I am also not a coffee drinker so I have a diet coke or a diet mountain dew with breakfast.

I have oatmeal (low sugar), a glass or water, my multi-vitamin, and some extra Vitamin-D.

I am a coffee drinker but I usually wait until I get into work before I have my first cup.

cereal.....almost always bran flakes, but sometimes granola or oatmeal
and a banana or if out berries from the freezer

The same thing every single morn! :goodvibes

A cup (or two) of P&G TIPS (my addiction) tea along with a dish of Wheat Chex!!! :goodvibes

I am a cereal junkie. I will eat it anytime of day. I usually have at least 4-5 boxes open because I like variety. I will eat anyting from boring bran flakes to sugary kids cereals (fruity pebbles is one of my favorites!). I would eat cereal for dinner every night if I didn't need to cook for my family!

I seriously am starving in the morning. The first thing I do is eat a bowl of cereal. Now that we have a Keurig, I usually brew a cup of coffee and take it to work in my travel mug. Before we got that I tended to drink a can of diet pepsi in the morning. At work I usually have at least 2 snacks before lunch. Usually some fruit and some type of granola bar. Then I eat a normal lunch and dinner, but not much else the rest of the day.

I don't know why I am so hungry in the mornings!

I lovelovelove cereal, and I get on these little obsessions over types. Just recently got over Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, now on Honey Nut CHeerios :)

I also like to have, if I have the ingredients, vanilla yogurt with pineapple chunks and almond slivers thrown into it and mixed up. :lovestruc

Oh yeah, and sometimes I'll have a banana burrito; a tortilla wrap spread THINLY with peanut butter, banana added and rolled up. SUPER yummy :goodvibes

I usually have leftovers from dinner for breakfast.

DH and I have been married for 21 years and he has had oatmeal for breakfast Monday through Saturday since before we met. He makes pancakes on Sunday. He makes steel cut oats with flax and blueberries. I always make fun of him for being a creature of habit and he points out that he used to use apples instead of blueberries. Yep, he is a real outside the box kinda guy! :rotfl:

I have never liked peanut butter and bananna sandwiches (maybe because they're mushed up) but this sounds pretty good. I may have to try it.

I am starving when I wake up, I eat when my feet hit the floor. Today was mini pigs in a bagel w/ mustard, yesterday was bacon & muenster cheese toasted on tomato basil bread, and cocoa puffs the day before that. I can eat dinner foods for breakfast and vice versa, so if we have leftovers I usually eat them in the morning. I usually drink oj, milk, or water with whatever I'm eating. One of my favorite breakfast foods to cook are omelets with lots of cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and ham or muffin bars.

Monday-Friday: 2 slices of toast with Peanut butter, banana, and a diet coke.

Weekends: I don't usually eat breakfast:confused3

Uncooked rolled oats placed in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle honey onto oats while stirring until moist. Add cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg while continue to stir. Once fully mixed I stir in raisins, coarsely chopped pan roasted almonds and walnuts. Make enough at one time for 4 or 5 days and put in fridge.

For breakfast I put a large helping in a bowl and add plenty of freshly ground flax seed that has been ground in coffee grinder after adding cinnamon. Add a cored and sliced apple then top off with Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate chips.

I have a bowl any time I feel hungry and even for dessert.
This sounds good. I have another version. I take uncooked rolled oats, soak them in an equal amount of milk for at least 15 minutes. Then I stir in chopped almonds, frozen blueberries or anything I feel like.

Nothing. :sad2: I know that I should, it just doesn't work into my schedule very well. I work second shift, so I get off at midnight. I go to bed around 3am, wake up around noon. When I get up, I feel like it's too late for breakfast so I just cook lunch around 1. I eat dinner around 6:30, have a snack when I get home from work, and then repeat.

If I'm out of town on vacation or have to be up before 10am for some reason, I like cereal. I like Lucky Charms and Special K Chocolate Delight, with a glass of OJ and chocolate milk. I do sometimes eat breakfast food for dinner, and then I like waffles, french toast, or an omelet. :thumbsup2

I eat leftovers. Could be steak. It could be Indian food. Whatever is there. This morning I had a nice bowl of chicken and lemongrass soup! :rotfl::thumbsup2

I'm with you. :thumbsup2 I wasn't brought up on "breakfast foods." I have a coffee first thing when I wake up. Then, after about an hour, when my stomach finally wakes up, I will eat whatever. If I happen to be out and about, I may stop in to McDonalds & get an egg McMuffin. Otherwise, it doesn't have to be breakfast foods.
