I used to eat leftovers too! I worked an ungodly early shift rising at 3:30am to be at work by 4:30am. I'd take leftovers and nuke 'em about 5:30am during a break. Just like you Deuce, I could east just about anything from lasagna, to mexican food, you name it.
Now I have a more normal schedule and try to eat healthy things for breakfast. Oatmeal, or sometimes a little cottage cheese and tomato juice.

I know that I should, it just doesn't work into my schedule very well. I work second shift, so I get off at midnight. I go to bed around 3am, wake up around noon. When I get up, I feel like it's too late for breakfast so I just cook lunch around 1. I eat dinner around 6:30, have a snack when I get home from work, and then repeat.
