Hello all, in September my husband will be in the world and are FPP newbies. While I had a tried-and-true strategy for attractions in the past, I'd love your input now that we're using a new system.
Day 1 - MK
What's the line like for 7DMT after early-morning rope drop on EMH days? We've got an early enough FP for 7DMT during regular park hours - if we head straight for 7DMT at 8AM, will we spend all of EMH waiting on that line?
Day 2 - Epcot
How cool is Test Track? We haven't been there since it was updated (and husband has never been on it!) Again, we've got a FP for it later in the day, but we've got wiggle room after rope-drop - is TT awesome and worth seeing twice in one day, or should we go to our tried-and-true Soarin'?
Also, we're planning to do a QS meal in World Showcase, or go get pizza at Via Napoli. Any recommendations for we-like-everything-except-crap type of eaters?
Day 3 - DAK
Here's where I need help the most. I settled with my FP's before I realized that I could go back in the system and rearrange them (I know, how did I not know that?,) and now all early-morning FP's are pretty much gone. I would usually go to Safaris right away, but we've got a FP for Dinosaur between 9-10 instead. Our Safari time is around noon. It's been a really long time since I've been on the attraction, and I remember it having really long lines and being overwhelming in the afternoon. Do we have time to do standby Safaris AND FP Dinosaur between 9-10, or am I being unrealistic?
Day 4 - DHS/EPCOT
Hubs and I have never seen the Indiana Jones stunt show, or the Jack Sparrow thing. We're both big Indy/Pirates fans - are they worth seeing? If we don't go to them, we'll get more Epcot time to hang, eat and drink around World Showcase (as we celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary!) Which brings me to...
Any drink/bar must-trys? Cava Del Tequila and Rose and Crown caught my eye. How about that wine cellar in Italy?
Day 5 - MK
Our last day always consists of a leisurely take on the MK, without any real plans. We've been to this park the most, and would love more obscure and special things to do. Is there anything unique that you love to do in MK?
Thanks in advance Disney fans!
