multi tasking....scrubbing plastic dog crate under maple tree shade.......trolling on this site.....drilling sea glass that my sister left for me to drill while she is in alaska mining more sea glass...nursing a weak coffee drink....has no coffee.

bought it about two weeks ago at Dairy Queen,, mocha moo, put in freezer, then moved out of mt angel and was found in the freezer...ice machine not working , so could not crush the ice....usually i use wife left over coffee ...but wife is using Keurig, no left over coffee

When we were in AK last week we waited over an hour for the Safari. It was worth it as we saw the baby hippo, and the young white rhino. However when we were done, we both figured we wanted a treat. Tom and I bought cold things from Starbucks! He, a lemonade tea, and me a Mocha Frappuccino! Oh my, we both were very happy, but definitely too rich for us to have regularly!

....and imagine folks regularly drink mocha Frappuccinos .....for several winters I rang salvation army bell and was just amazed at the folks carrying our frappes. i buy them for long trips or bring them home and split them into 3 separate drinks, using left over coffe,milk and lots crushed ice. been a long time since i drained just one at home.

The youngsters in our family, 16,17,18, seem to have no trouble enjoying these often.

I'm finally done getting our Dec. Disneyland trip booked. We had the room. Got tickets, park reservations.
Also got a room at Legoland Resort, tickets and park reservations.
And a hotel in San Diego for a night to go to the zoo.
DGS's trip this time. He's excited we got a pirate room at Legoland

There are two tests that he needs, pulmonary and stress. They are scheduled and if all good, the surgery will be scheduled. We hope by end of first week in September.

I’m looking forward to an easy going weekend.
Kate needs to rest her knee, so we’ll be hanging out at home. I can always find something to do around here - there’s never a shortage of chores to do.

Thunderstorm again......lots and lots of rain all night. The rain was so hard slamming the window it woke me. Flash flood warnings for this morning.

We have 2 soccer games this morning, family lunch and then DH and I get our covid test......and then we'll be ready to go cruising

drilling glass.....watching pre-season- hoping for a cool off to work in garage and shrink our clothes by vacuum so that everything will fit for trip south....looking now to be around the 26th.
